About the Apartment
Aura is a first floor apartment in a quiet residential street in Keswick. Accessed via an external staircase, this spacious apartment has lovely views of Skiddaw and Latrigg. There are two comfortable bedrooms, a spacious lounge and well equipped kitchen.
You can walk into town in around ten minutes where you will find traditional pubs, stylish bars, a multitude of outdoor shops and a growing number of funky independent shops.
Keswick offers a host of walking choices, whether you fancy a stroll around the lake or scaling the grand heights of Skiddaw, there is so much to choose from and the majority can be walked right from the front door.
And at the end of a day out and about you can return to your comfortable apartment and enjoy the sunset over the rooftops from the balcony
The Lounge Diner
In the spacious sitting room you will find contemporary sofas, a Smart TV with Catch-up TV & Streaming , DVD player and an electric fire inset in a feature fireplace. There is a dining table & chairs for four people and dual aspect windows that look across to Latrigg and Skiddaw
The Kitchen
The kitchen is well equipped with a small dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with half size freezer above, a microwave and a gas hob and electric oven. There is a small table and chairs in the kitchen as well as the central heating boiler.
The Balcony
A door from the kitchen leads out to a first-floor terrace. There is a table and chairs to enjoy the south-facing terrace which catches the afternoon sun.
King Sized Bedroom
There is a king-size and twin bedroom; both of which are well furnished with substantial wardrobe space.
Twin Bedroom
The twin bedroom has two wooden framed single beds. Both bedrooms are usually made up with feather down duvets but synthetic duvets can be provided on request
The Bathroom
The airy bathroom has a large bath and separate shower, a washbasin and WC.
